Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable. If you wish to file a claim you may do so through the Bigcartel Website. However we highly suggest contacting us with any grievances you may have. Most times we are able to sort out the issue right then. To contact us, just visit the "Contact" link in the sidebar menu.
Shipping Policy
We try to have all items shipped from our facilities in 3 weeks after your order has been processed upon which we will offer you a tracking number through the United States Postal Service. Depending on the item it may take longer or shorter than the estimated 3 weeks. If you have questions on shipping status we will be able to provide you with that information via email. Just visit the "Contact" link in the side bar menu along with your purchase number and anything you would like to discuss with us. Our response will be within a day. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods in the shipment of your item due to United States Postal Service. Any questions about the location of your item after it leaves our facility should be brought up with the United States Postal Service.
